We are looking for a
positive, outgoing, and team-oriented individual
to join our crew as anExcavator Operator
. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Job Duties Include:
Safely operate an excavator to excavate, move, and load earth, gravel, rock or other materials Participate in daily toolbox meetings and contribute to a safe job culture Understand, interpret and follow directions from supervisors Adhere to all company safety policies and standards at all times Report all incidents, near misses, and damage of equipment to site supervision
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver's license CSO or BSO (common safety orientation or basic safety orientation) Minimum 3-5 years' experience operating an excavator in a mining environment Able to work shift work, including nights Strong understanding or workplace safety and equipment procedures
Currently Looking For:
3 Excavator Operators to work at Syncrude Basemine, shift 7x7, rotating days and nights
