We're Hiring: Excavation Labourer

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Excavation Labourer to join our field crew. If you're physically strong, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors as part of a team, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with digging, trenching, and removing dirt and debris from work areas Using hand tools like shovels, picks, and rakes to support excavation activities Helping machine operators with setup, movement, and general site tasks Loading and unloading materials like gravel, sand, and construction supplies Keeping the site clean, organized, and hazard-free Setting up and dismantling temporary structures and safety barriers Supporting the crew with material handling, equipment prep, and general labor Following all safety protocols and reporting any unsafe conditions
What We're Looking For:

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual tasks Basic knowledge of excavation or construction work is an asset Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to take direction, follow instructions, and work as part of a team Previous general labor or construction experience is a bonus
