Position Summary: As an Events Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the iWave marketing team, executing sponsorships and events that help attract, educate, and retain clients. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

  • Managing iWave\xe2\x80\x99s sponsorship and attendance at up to 30 conferences across North America per year
  • Evaluating prospective events and recommending sponsorship level
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with event organizers and points of contact
  • Working with conference and event organizers to fulfill iWave\xe2\x80\x99s sponsorship benefits and supply all appropriate materials and requirements
  • Managing booth preparation and logistics of in-person and virtual events
  • Working with iWave division leaders to coordinate iWave representatives at events (representative selection, flights, accommodation)
  • Working with Content Marketing Manager to prepare all needed content materials for conferences
  • Tracking and replenishing conference merchandise on an ongoing basis
  • Managing and packing conference merchandise and booth items
  • Conducting pre-conference meetings with iWave attendees to ensure a smooth conference execution and high engagement at conferences
  • Conducting post-conference meetings with iWave attendees to gain feedback on each event (to evaluate year-over-year conference selection, planning, and scheduling)
  • Continuously improving the effectiveness of and traffic to iWave booths to ensure their contribution to meeting various monthly marketing targets
  • Keeping track of and presenting metrics related to events on a monthly basis
  • Attending various conferences throughout the year as a representative of iWave

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or college diploma (Business, Marketing, or Event Coordination an asset)
  • 1-3 years of marketing and event experience
  • Highly organized project manager, ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions
  • Creative problem-solving and a drive to improve conference outcomes
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellence
  • Ability to report and analyze key metrics
  • Excellent communicator, with both internal personnel and external partners
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, while working across diverse teams
  • Travel will be required in this position
