What You'll Do
Lead in the field
: Supervise a team of 4-8 Sales Representatives in residential neighbourhoods and community events.
Plan and manage events
: Book venues, coordinate logistics, and schedule your team for community events and residential building opportunities.
Build relationships
: Connect with property managers, event organizers, and community leaders to secure sales opportunities.
Coach and develop your team
: Provide daily coaching, training, and performance feedback to help reps succeed.
Support customer engagement
: Assist reps with escalations, ensure a professional customer experience, and represent TELUS solutions directly when needed.
Manage operations
: Organize sales routes, track performance data, and report results to senior management.
Foster teamwork
: Build a positive, collaborative culture that motivates your team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Requirements
Valid Class G driver's license and access to a reliable car (essential).
2-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably with leadership experience.
Full-time availability (8-hour shifts).
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Eligibility for a provincially regulated security license (clean criminal background; license cost covered by company).
Ability to work in person and travel locally.

Pay Structure: $22/hour base + commission + bonuses.
