Our client, a leading organization in the legal and international event industry, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Support - Guest Check-In & Badge Scanning (1-Week Role) to join their team. As an Event Support - Guest Check-In & Badge Scanning (1-Week Role), you will be part of the event operations team supporting a prestigious international legal conference. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Event Support - Guest Check-In & Badge Scanning (1-Week Role)
Location: Toronto, ON
Pay Range: $18-19/hr
Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What's the Job?

• Greet and interact with event attendees in a courteous and professional manner
• Scan badges of all guests entering designated access points throughout the event
• Ensure attendees have the correct credentials for specific areas
• Report any access issues or concerns to the event supervisor
• Maintain a smooth flow of guest entry and uphold event access control procedures

What's Needed?

• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Quick, efficient, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift
• Ability to interact confidently with international delegates and professionals
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is a plus
