We currently have part-time Event Supervisor opportunities available for team members with evening and daytime availability, both mid-week and on weekends. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skills in the Hospitality industry.
THE EVENT SUPERVISORS AT CARMEN\'S HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Effectively lead by example demonstrating superior customer service skills, and adaptability to customer feedback, ensuring flawless execution of the event in accordance with Carmens Group standards.
• Responsible for creating a memorable guest experience, and including menu execution, food quality and overall experience
• Acts as an ambassador and host of the venue, serving as a liaison between guests, management and team members
• Deliver and serve food and beverages including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
• Communicate any additional meal requirements or special request to the kitchen
• Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities

EVENT SUPERVISOR POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly, professional and customer service focused
• Excellent customer service skills, and ability to understand and respond to individual needs and requirements
• Hospitality experience and/or Event Management courses or diploma considered an asset
• 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a related hospitality role required, preferably in a server capacity
• Smart Serve Certification required
• Reliable transportation an asset
