Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess strong customer service skills. Event Staff will be responsible for various tasks, including guest interaction, food service, and overall event support.

Duties

Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees and assisting with inquiries. Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized. Assist with food service, including serving meals and beverages to guests. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests through public speaking when necessary, providing information about the event. Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly. Monitor the event environment to ensure safety and comfort for all attendees. Available to work day shifts or evening shifts. Available to work Friday to Sunday. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations is a plus. Experience working with children or in family-oriented events is beneficial. Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests.
