This is a role for skilled customer service professionals who have an exceptional attitude, the desire to solve problems, and the ability to empathize with others. Every day is different with XA Security! Your role as a Security Guard can vary greatly, but your overall duties relate back to one concept - we keep people safe! This could mean verifying vaccination status, conducting searches and bag checks, or just providing an overall security presence so that attendees know who to find if they need anything. • A friendly, approachable attitude. You love interacting with all sorts of humans!
• A real interest in safety and customer service
• The desire to ensure things in your care are managed efficiently and safely
• A high comfort level working in unique situations where your customer service skills will be constantly challenged
• The desire to make $17.75 to start, and have a flexible schedule that works well with other commitments!
• Received both doses of a Covid-19 vaccination, or have a valid medical / religious exemption

Position Requirements: This Experience Ambassador role requires:

• Valid Alberta Security Worker License(we'll walk you through the licensing process!)
• Valid ProServe, ProTect, and SellSafe certifications(easily attainable online!)
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR C certification
• 2 years in a customer-facing role in challenging environments (preferred)
