This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who loves a fast-paced environment and knows how to boost sales and turn inquiries into fully booked celebrations.
What You'll Do
Drive Event Sales
Respond promptly to all event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Actively manage and nurture a high-volume sales pipeline
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Upsell event packages, food & beverage, and add-on experiences
Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience
Guide guests through the event planning process from start to finish
Host engaging venue tours that excite and convert prospects
Maintain consistent communication before, during, and after events
Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Collaborate for Success
Work closely with Operations and Events teams to ensure flawless execution
Participate in BEO meetings and ensure event details are clearly communicated
Support team goals through collaboration and shared best practices
Stay Organized & Flexible
Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM tools
Balance multiple clients, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently
Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications & Skills
2-3+ years of sales experience (event, hospitality, or entertainment sales preferred)
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Ability to upsell and close with confidence
