Field Sales Representative
Sydney, Nova Scotia (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME, ONSITE POSITION)

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, working in pairs, you'll have the exciting opportunity to engage with consumers directly while representing one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.
Compensation:
$ 15.70 per hour - Base wage minimum protection guarantee + commission
Schedule:
xc2xb7 June 1st-October 31st
o Opportunity to transfer in store after contract ends
Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Educate customers about the benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and other financial products at gas station locations within your assigned territory.
xc2xb7 Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products during events.
xc2xb7 Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
xc2xb7 Utilize creative approaches to engage customers and effectively communicate product benefits.
xc2xb7 Foster and maintain positive relationships with gas station staff to facilitate successful event execution.
xc2xb7 Handle customer information with the utmost confidentiality.
