The Opportunity
We're seeking an energetic and motivated Event Sales Assistant to join our growing Toronto team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and working in fast-paced, hands-on environments. You'll represent national brands in retail stores, pop-up events, and promotional displays, connecting with customers, promoting products and services, and helping drive brand awareness and sales.
What You'll Do
Engage directly with customers
in retail settings and event locations to promote products and services through face-to-face interaction.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
by understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and helping them find the right solution.
Represent well-known Canadian brands
with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude -- you'll be the friendly face customers remember.
Assist with in-store promotions and event setups
, ensuring displays and branded areas are eye-catching, professional, and organized.
Work toward daily and weekly sales goals
, contributing to the success of both your team and the overall campaign.
Collaborate with teammates and leaders

What We're Looking For
Outgoing and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with the public
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or promotions is an asset
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Comfortable working in-store and on-site at events
Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated to reach personal and group goals
