Our fantastic client is seeking two professional Event Representatives to assist with their pop-up store on the Calgary Stampede grounds, acting as brand ambassadors for their menstruation underwear brand.

The ideal candidates will be upbeat and outgoing, while welcoming potential customers walking by. They will help facilitate orders as well as work with internal staff to educate customers and answer questions with enthusiasm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

• Helping with booth set up and merchandizing
• Greeting and welcoming guests to the booth
• Answering questions pertaining to the product
• Assisting with and taking payments for sales
• Maintaining a clean and tidy booth
• Cleaning up and taking down booth
• Supporting internal staff members as needed

Experience:

• A minimum of 6 months\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service is required

Skills:

• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Impeccable multitasking and organization

Base Salary: $19 - $20 per hour

Work Hours:

• 4:00pm - 10:00pm
• Stampede week (Friday, July 7th - Sunday, July 16th)

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote. You are required to be on site.

Additional Notes:

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
