Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Event Rental Planners and Coordinators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing on various strategic initiatives while ensuring your associated rental agreements run smoothly and exceed client expectations. If you're passionate about the work you do, are client oriented, and possess excellent customer care ability, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties:

- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of rentals for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings

- Ensure showroom is impeccably set, demonstrating our best work to clients

- Coordinate with staff and clients on rental needs taking a consultative approach

- Coordinate with the leadership team on strategic objectives, client care opportunities, and inventory management, maintenance, and replacement.

- Provide exceptional client services and address any issues that may arise ahead of event dates

Skills:

- Proficient coordinating rental agreements and needs

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience in restaurant or hotel event planning

- Ability to upsell services to clients

- Excellent guest services skills

- Effective time management to meet deadlines

- Knowledge of the market trends in the hospitality industry

- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
