Job Description

We are looking for event marketing and support staff to help market this event by sharing with their contacts/network. They will also help with setup, administrative tasks required during event and cleanup. This will be 6.0 hours of work. 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday November 15th, 2025.

This a wellness fair.
Event held by charity, Centre for Conscious Awareness - Canada.

As Event and Marketing Support Staff, you'll be assisting with the following:

Help market the event to your contacts to recruit 5 to 10 attendees. This is the KEY responsibility. Attend at 9:00am to help with setup of room, greeting and directing attendees to the hall, registration desk, literature desk and food table Be available to assist where needed during event Clean up after event
Successful Candidate will be:

Mature and Responsible Flexible Organized Detail-oriented
This is a half day work opportunity only

Compensation

$120 honorarium and a reference
