At Skylab Business Center, We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a proven track record in event planning and management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for negotiation and marketing. As an Event Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event execution, ensuring that every detail aligns with our clients' vision and expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives aligned with company goals or client requirements. Create detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and checklists. Source, evaluate, and manage vendors (caterers, decorators, audio-visual teams, security, etc.). Ensure vendors adhere to timelines, quality standards, and contractual agreements. Develop marketing campaigns (online/offline) to increase attendance and engagement. Oversee the design of event materials (flyers, invitations, social media posts, signage). Oversee venue setup, equipment installation, and decor arrangements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently. Oversee all aspects of the event on the day(s) of execution. Monitor activities to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, guests, and vendors Conduct post-event debriefs and collect feedback from clients, attendees, and staff. Analyze event success metrics (attendance, revenue, engagement). Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
Salary is $42,000 a year Plus Percentage
