HeCaresWecare is looking for an event coordinator (student summer role) who will be able to support the food bank initiatives. The event coordinator will update/develop the database of the community we serve, liaise with both internal and external stakeholders in this community, and prepare weekly reports. Responsibilities Skills and qualifications
Expected start date: 2024-06-01
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and competent in Microsoft Office suite and google workspace
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Knowledge of Operations, Process and Logistics an asset
- Languages: English
- Terms of employment: Seasonal employment
- Full time (summer)
- Education: Post-secondary education
- Start date: Starts as soon as 2024-06-01
- Vacancies: 1 Vacancy
- Be aged between 15 and 30 years old on the start date of the job;
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
