Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Restaurant Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient restaurant operations to promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of hospitality and food quality. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant. Overseeing customer service, and resolving any operational issues promptly. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production, quality control, and presentation standards.

Skills



Proven supervisor experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food industry operations including food preparation, handling, and safety protocols. Proficiency with POS systems ; cash handling expertise. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management. Ability to oversee kitchen , food production, Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Effective communication skills for staff training & development as well as guest interactions. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management. Knowledge of culinary practices with some background in cooking or food handling preferred. Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise multiple priorities efficiently under pressure. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
