Job Description
Job Title: Sanitation Employee
Reports To: Sanitation Supervisor
Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:
Perform sanitation procedures throughout the facility following guidelines set out by QA department
Maintain accurate and organized records of sanitation activities
Encourage and enforce cleanliness on the part of the staff and ensure safe working conditions
Help maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
Co-operate with government agencies during inspections in order to meet and maintain high production standards
Necessary Skills
Understanding of food safety & HACCP principles (training provided)
Precise attention to detail
Ability to be self-directed and make independent decisions
Ability to understand and operate basic cleaning equipment
Organizational skills must be able to plan and execute daily schedule with available resources.
Conflict resolution, the ability to diffuse potential situations between parties involved
A responsible attitude The ability to plan and prioritize your own work
