Job Description

I'm an adult living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and I'm looking for a reliable caregiver to join my support team. This is a direct-hire employment position supporting independent living - offering consistent one-on-one care in a stable home environment where you can build genuine rapport and expertise.

At a Glance

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday: 8:00pm-10:00pm (every week) Saturday: 5:00pm-10:00pm and Sunday: 8:00pm-10:00pm (every-other week)

Work Setting:

Private home (not an institution)

Requirements:

No PSW certificate required

- training will be provided Vulnerable sector police check required (cost reimbursed)

What You'll Be Doing

Personal care (toileting, hygiene, etc.) Activities of daily living (feeding, drinking, adjusting clothing, etc.) Positioning and transfers, including using a ceiling lift Help with evening routine and getting settled for the night
