The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment using machine and manual cleaning methods. A successful candidate will help keep the kitchen running smoothly and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
Duties
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines.
Keep the dish area clean and organized, including sinks, counters, racks, and floors.
Load and unload the dishwasher properly to ensure effective cleaning.
Inspect dishes for cleanliness and rewash items as needed.
Change dishwater and cleaning chemicals regularly.
Take out garbage and recycling; replace liners.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, especially in the dish area.
Clean and maintain dish-related equipment (dish machine, sprayers, etc.).
Restock clean dishes in designated stations.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with closing duties, including shutting down and cleaning the dish area.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
