We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Life Sciences team in Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client\'s challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as ETQ Reliance Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of ETQ Reliance software, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and customization
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business processes and workflows aligned with quality management objectives
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for ETQ Reliance configuration and utilization
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users in utilizing ETQ Reliance effectively
Manage system testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of ETQ Reliance, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Proven experience in implementing and configuring ETQ Reliance or similar quality management software solutions
Strong understanding of quality management principles and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
