Responsibilities

Review bids, make up with respect to RFQ's, RFI's and assemble accurate estimates for clients in construction management and design build.

Prepare and submit bids based on requirements.

Risk assessment of each Project before quoting.

Plan and initiate Project kick off and estimating turnover meetings with project team.

Track projects from start to completion and avoid bottlenecks on the Project.

Tracking and hitting KPI targets efficiently.

Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and sub trades.

Work closely with Sales, assist in pricing and technical queries.

Skills and Requirements

Background in construction or architectural technology.

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in industrial construction; commercial construction; renovation; interior and space planning

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to correspond with clients and vendors in a courteous, clear, and concise manner.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and other requirements.

Must have good attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.

Result-oriented and matured personality

Ability to lead and motivate others

Competent user of Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year

Construction Industry: at least 3 years (Required)
