Full-Time Collision Damage Estimator

Eastern Collision Centre is looking for a full time Estimator to join our growing team! You will build & leverage your knowledge of the vehicle repair process by working directly with insurance partners & Collision Centre team members to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Your Day to Day:

• Serve as primary point of contact to customers
• Examine/evaluate vehicle to determine extent of damage including structural, body, mechanical, electrical, &interior damage
• Write comprehensive estimates & supplements for OEM repairs
• Inspect vehicles throughout repair process for quality control to ensure repair is completed to customer & Insurance/OEM standards
• Set customer expectations of required processing procedures & communicate repair plan
• Update/inform customers on completion times, costs, and possible changes regarding status repair
• Comply with all corporate policies/proper repair procedures, legislative changes, & industry trends

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role is an asset
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
• A valid class driver\'s license & safe driving history is required
