We are a family oriented business, looking for a team player with strong attention to detail, passion & exceptional customer service to join our team as an Estimator!What you'll be doing:

• Review proposals from the sales and design department from an objective perspective to understand the purpose of the sign and the method of fabrication.
• Review notes and discuss the method of fabrication with the team if needed to determine required time, method and materials to complete each project.
• Using software to list all of the materials required to produce the job,
• Determine if items are stocked items, inventory, outsourced or need to be special ordered.
• Using the estimating process to determine the expected cost of the job and the estimated price to the client.
• Write up the proposal for clients
• Review the production schedule and determine a tentative date for production to be scheduled for completion.
• Complete costing analysis on actual production to review details with General Manager
• This position will also provide front office administrative assistance when required

• understanding of Construction
• Building codes
• Permit requirements
• Sign Install methods
• ability to read Structural and Engineer drawings
• ability to read Tender Packages
• Strong administrative skills
