Field Sales Representative / Estimate Setter

Location:

London, Ontario + surrounding areas (travel within 1 hour radius)

Compensation:

$18-$25/hour + performance bonuses (average reps earn $25-$30/hr+)

What You'll Do

Go door to door in local neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our renovation and fencing services Generate qualified leads and schedule free estimates for our project managers Represent Fernhill Fencing with confidence, professionalism, and positivity Track your outreach and results using our simple lead management tools Work with our marketing and sales leadership to sharpen your pitch and maximize results

Requirements

Outgoing, confident, and great with people Competitive and self-motivated -- you like winning and seeing progress Reliable transportation (required) Strong communication skills and positive attitude Sales experience is an asset, but not required -- we'll train you on everything Open to working evenings or weekends when homeowners are most available
