Posh Optical is currently hiring a full time Sales Rep / Receptionist. You must be able to work with us long term and not be a student going back to school as your training does take a long time.
No previous experience in the optical field is required (we will fully train you), however you must posses excellent communication skills. As such you must have an extrovert personality and be able to speak to our clients and patients with ease. You must also posses excellent phone etiquette.
Your Assets:

• You must be very organized and have excellent note taking abilities.
• You must have previous experience of customer service and handling the incoming phone calls.
• You must be very fast and be able to assist multiple clients at the same time.
• You must care about every one of our clients, and must do your utmost best to keep our clients happy. You must posses the right language to keep clients coming back and inviting them to send us any referrals they know.
• You are required to consistently increase your knowledge in the optical industry (science of optics and newest fashions and trends).

Your duties:

• Welcome patients and inquire about their needs
• Make and receive phone calls
• Follow up, with appointments for our patients
• Do daily Bookkeeping entries
