COMMERCIAL ROOFING & CLADDING ESTIMATOR

Commercial Roofing and Cladding Estimator

We are a leading commercial roofing and cladding company committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing and Cladding Estimator to join our operations in Fredericton.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing and cladding projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are accurately estimated. Source and evaluate supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing. Provide support during the bidding process, including clarifying estimates and addressing client inquiries. Assist in the development of project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Formal training in construction estimating, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing and cladding estimation. In-depth knowledge of roofing and cladding materials, systems, and industry standards. Proficiency in estimating software Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$58,000 - $70,000 Annually depending on applicant qualifications and experience.
