Posted On: May 23, 2024Estimator:Our construction client is searching for an Estimator to join their team. This role will be integrated with specialty engineering, manufacturing, and construction. - Be responsible for identifying an accurate scope of work
- Produce accurate take-offs, and compiling all information required to produce a finalized estimate prior to tender deadlines
- Prepare quotation and bid packages in a timely manner
- Provide responses to Post-Bid and Post-Award Clarifications, as well as pricing and schedule adjustments as needed
- Assist in the initial planning and scheduling of projects, preparation of schedules, ordering of materials, etc.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required
- Eligible for registration with APEGA or ASET
- 2+ years of Construction Estimating
- Customer service focused
- AutoCAD and Construction experience is an asset
- Estimating and Project Management experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Have a valid drivers license with a drivers abstract is required
