Capstone Concrete Inc. is looking for an Estimator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely.

What You Will Bring:

Construction experience an asset but not required Estimating concrete projects, coring and demo, as well as Rubber Stone / Vuba Stone projects Communicating with customers, vendors, management and administrator Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Travel to sites to take measurements Follow up with clients after jobs close to see if we have the job and appropriate questions for why not Printing off blueprints Creating and keeping up with filing systems Staying organized Negotiating with vendors for the lowest price Reviewing all projects with office manager Conducting self in a diplomatic way in all work relations

Qualifications:

Able to read blueprints Strong math skills, ability to measure volumes Knowledgeable with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs) Comfortable dealing with people Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type:

Full time $25-$30/hr depending on experience
1 year experience preferred, but not necessary
