Job Summary

: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auto body repair processes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to produce accurate estimates. As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in helping customers understand repair needs and costs while supporting the team in providing timely, high-quality repair services.

Key Responsibilities

:

Evaluate damage on vehicles and provide detailed repair estimates. Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, timelines, and costs. Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure accuracy in estimates and approvals. Document repair details and maintain records of all estimates and customer interactions. Work with the repair team to provide insights on parts, labor, and repair methods. Follow up with customers regarding updates on repairs and answer any questions. Maintain knowledge of industry standards, repair techniques, and estimating software.

Requirements

:

Previous experience in auto body estimating, collision repair, or a related field. Proficiency with estimating software Mitchell, Bodyshop Connect, Audatex and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Tesla EPC online catalogue, a benefit. Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
