New Style Painting & Renovation Ltd is hiring a skilled and reliable Estimator to join our growing team.

We specialize in residential and commercial renovation projects, including multifamily buildings.

We're looking for someone who can manage the estimating process with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for renovation projects

- Assess labor, materials, and timelines

- Collaborate with project managers and clients

- Visit job sites for measurements and evaluations

- Use Excel or estimating software like Buildertrend or Knowify

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years estimating experience in construction/renovation

- Strong knowledge of local labor and material costs

- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven

- Proficient in Excel and general computer use

- Valid driver's license

- Experience with multifamily buildings is a strong asset

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: $5,500 - $7,000/month

- $1,500 signing bonus after 3 months

- 1-2% commission on net profit from projects you help close or bring in

- Company vehicle provided if needed or mileage reimbursement
