Notre estimateur l travaillera en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe des ventes, de la conception et de la gestion de projet afin de s\'assurer que nos clients b\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ficient d\'un service de la plus haute qualit\xc3\xa9. Le candidat id\xc3\xa9al aura de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans les syst\xc3\xa8mes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9lectronique int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9s l\'infrastructure et une connaissance de c\xc3\xa2blage de donn\xc3\xa9es serait un atout. L\'estimateur doit \xc3\xaatre tr\xc3\xa8s organis\xc3\xa9, capable d\'\xc3\xa9tablir des priorit\xc3\xa9s et de s\'\xc3\xa9panouir dans un environnement en constante \xc3\xa9volution.

LES RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S :

• Pr\xc3\xa9parer des estimations / devis pour les projets de communication de donn\xc3\xa9es
• Compl\xc3\xa9ter la documentation pr\xc3\xa9liminaire du projet, y compris les dessins d\'atelier, les plans d\'ex\xc3\xa9cution et les rapports de remise.
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients
• Traiter les commandes des clients et les contrats de vente
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer les devis en collaborant avec les diff\xc3\xa9rents services internes.
• Maintenir le calendrier des techniciens afin d\'assurer l\'optimisation des ressources

LES QUALIFICATIONS :

• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le secteur de la construction, des r\xc3\xa9seaux de donn\xc3\xa9es et/ou de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 de b\xc3\xa2timent.
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine des syst\xc3\xa8mes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 serait consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine de la vente technique ou de l\'\xc3\xa9tablissement de devis serait consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.
• Une excellente communication \xc3\xa9crite et orale en anglais est n\xc3\xa9cessaire, ainsi que des comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles.
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques, avec une ma\xc3\xaetrise avanc\xc3\xa9e de microsoft office, de et des logiciels de projet et de devis.
• Une formation post-secondaire en \xc3\xa9lectronique, en \xc3\xa9lectricit\xc3\xa9 ou dans un domaine \xc3\xa9quivalent serait consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.
• Excellente organisation et souci du d\xc3\xa9tail

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler de mani\xc3\xa8re ind\xc3\xa9pendante, \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer efficacement son temps et \xc3\xa0 respecter des d\xc3\xa9lais multiples.

Our Estimator l will work closely with the Sales, Design, and Project Management team to ensure that our customers are provided with the highest quality service. The ideal candidate will have experience in Data cabling infrastructure and having knowledge with Integrated electronic security systems would be an asset. The Estimator must be highly organized and able to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare estimates / quotations for Data Communication projects
• Complete preliminary project documentation, including shop drawings, as-builts, and handover reports
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Process customer orders and sales contracts
• Prepare take-offs by collaborating with various internal departments
• Maintain technician schedule to ensure optimization of resources

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience in the construction, data networking, and/or telecommunications industry
• Experience in Security systems would be considered an asset
• Experience in a technical sales role or quoting / estimator would be considered an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French is REQUIRED, as well as interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and project / quoting software
• Post-secondary education in electronics, electrical, or equivalent would be considered an asset
• Excellent organization and attention to detail

Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
