Job Description

Ce poste hybride combine les fonctions de ventes internes et de coordination de la conversion de garanties en contrats de service. Le/la titulaire sera responsable de la prospection, de la conversion et du developpement de contrats de maintenance aupres de notre base installee de portes, tout en assurant le soutien administratif et strategique du processus de vente de contrats de maintenance.

Estimation :

Soutenir la creation d'offres et de soumissions, pour nos vendeurs externes ainsi que les autres employes de la compagnie. Conversion de garanties :

Identifier les proprietaires des portes recemments installees. Contacter les clients par telephone et courriel pour presenter nos propositions de valeur. Competences requises : Orientation client. A l'aise dans un CRM. Excellentes competences en communication, particulierement par telephone et courriel. Bonne connaissance des produits et offres internes. Comprehension technique et interet pour les solutions mecaniques. Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et esprit collaboratif. Exigences : Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent par experience. 2 a 3 ans d'experience dans un role similaire (ventes internes ou estimation). Experience documentee en vente B2B ou en role administratif. Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (oral et ecrit). Maitrise des outils MS365 et CRM.
