Oversee and provide instruction within a spa environment.
Mentor students in a spa environment, enhancing their skills in consultation, product recommendation, upselling, and effective client building and retention.
Complete two professional development training courses annually technical and non-technical.
Attend company events, seminars, and meetings.
Qualifications
Licensed esthetician with minimum of three years experience.
Demonstrated strengths in problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation.
Must complete MC College and provincial educational requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of making well-informed decisions quickly and effectively.
Experienced in conflict resolution and effective people management.
Computer literacy.
Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
Highly resourceful, flexible, and adaptable.
Demonstrated integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining privacy.
