Key Responsibilities

Provide customized massage therapy sessions using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or prenatal massage Perform professional skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate products and treatments based on client needs Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness routines to enhance results Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and treatment notes accurately Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to meet sales goals Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experienceQualifications and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs and preferences Professional demeanor and commitment to client confidentiality Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage and esthetic services
