About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Spa Therapist to help support the success of the Boathouse Spa. This role calls for someone warm, welcoming, and personable, with a strong dedication to exceptional guest service. Our therapists will provide a full range of treatments in accordance with Boathouse Spa standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel spas is preferred. Strong retail abilities with the confidence to educate guests on home-care products; sales experience is an asset. Clear, knowledgeable communication when describing treatments and services to guests. A proactive team player who consistently looks for ways to elevate the guest experience. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Warm, genuine, and effective verbal communication skills. Strong judgment and reliable communication abilities. Skilled at addressing guest questions and offering suitable solutions or recommendations. High personal integrity and a strong commitment to ethical work practices. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Flexible availability, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Standing and walking for extended periods Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting Comfortable navigating stairs and ramps

Experience:

Luxury Hotel Spa: 2 years (preferred)
