Join our team at Bella Vida Spa in downtown Salmon Arm! We're looking for a friendly, professional esthetician who is exceptional at customer service and passionate about beauty and wellness. Experience in all areas of spa and esthetics is an asset -- but if you're eager to learn, we're happy to train and apprentice the right person.

Hours are flexible (part-time or full-time), wage is negotiable, and commission is included.

Duties

Provide a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, lash extensions, lash & brow services and nail care. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with industry standards. Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions. Foster a welcoming environment by offering excellent guest services and hospitality throughout the client experience. Retain clients by providing exceptional service and rebooking before they leave Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales to promote products effectively. Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care techniques. Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating clients on benefits. A passion for the beauty industry with a focus on guest services and hospitality. Proven upselling skills to maximize service offerings. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
