Duties

Perform a range of spa skincare treatments, including facials, pedicures and waxing. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Foster a positive guest experience by delivering excellent customer service and hospitality. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all clients.

Qualifications

Experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in the beauty environment. Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
