Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. This is a dual role where ideal candidate will handle front desk duties and provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering professional services, promoting retail products, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty. The Esthetician will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction through personalized care and expert advice.

Duties

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, Japanese head spa. Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures. Assist clients with product demos and recommend suitable skincare or beauty products to enhance their results. Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining client records. Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to offer current services. Support promotional activities through product demonstrations and special events to attract new clients.

Qualifications

Esthetician or Cosmetologist. Training provided for the right individual with fee covered by the salon if you do not have certification. Experience in skincare treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a spa or salon environment. Excellent communication skills for guest interactions, consultations, and team collaboration. Ability to promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques while maintaining professionalism. Experience with front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks is a plus. Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
