Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering a variety of services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, manicures and pedicures, while also engaging in retail sales and guest services to promote overall client satisfaction. The Esthetician will play a key role in maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer care in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care Provide professional manicure and pedicure services to clients Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products to enhance client results and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to industry regulations Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and guest inquiries Promote retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and usage Ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business through exceptional customer service Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings

Requirements

Valid CANB license Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Experience in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hair styling is preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client experience Previous experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus Passion for the beauty industry with a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
