Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional guest services while promoting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall well-being of our guests. We've option to work as receptionist for a day or two to get more hours.

Duties

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, relaxation/deep tissue massage and other skin care treatments provided by the business. Perform receptionist duties that includes keeping the whole area clean and tidy, taking care of laundry, billing and booking etc. Run company's social media for marketing purposes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and techniques. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and preferences. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to provide innovative services.

Skills

Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to perform product demos effectively to enhance client knowledge. Experience in retail sales, with the ability to drive product recommendations. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
