Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, body waxing, makeup application,, and nail care services while delivering outstanding guest services. This role requires a passionate individual with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on sanitation and customer satisfaction. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client experiences and promote our product lines.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and makeup application tailored to client needs Conduct nail care services such as manicures and pedicures Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations Assist clients at the front desk with check-in/check-out procedures and appointment scheduling Educate clients on skincare products through demos and personalized recommendations Upsell retail products to enhance client results and increase sales revenue Stay informed about the latest trends in beauty treatments, skincare, and makeup techniques Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Experience

Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role in a spa or salon setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in personal care services Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is preferred Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is highly desirable Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including guest services and appointment management Previous hospitality or guest service experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
