As an Esthetician, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of treatments including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care, while also engaging in retail sales and product demos to promote our skincare lines. Responsibilities

Provide professional skincare services such as facials Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments and products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available retail items through product demos and upselling techniques. Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling client inquiries with professionalism. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and services to enhance client results and satisfaction. Ensure a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and confidence for all guests. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings to provide innovative services.

Experience

Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty service role is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the beauty industry. Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is advantageous. Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, or hospitality are considered valuable assets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
