Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on skincare routines. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize client flow and satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following strict hygiene protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client results and loyalty. Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and engaging with clients online. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations, guest services, and overall salon ambiance.

Valid Cosmetology license or Esthetician certification as required by state law. Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser therapy, or dermal fillers; med spa experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of skin care products, color theory for makeup application, and advanced techniques like botulinum toxin treatment and hair extensions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatments and skincare routines confidently. Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon software is highly desirable.
