We are seeking a skilled Estate Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Diamond & Diamond Lawyers LLP. Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lawyer to join our dynamic team in B.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, corporate law, and estate administration, along with a proven ability to manage client relationships and work on complex legal matters. You will be a critical part of our growing practice, working alongside senior partners and providing legal services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in estate administration, including probating wills and navigating challenges to estates. Manage a diverse caseload, from routine estate matters to complex, high-value estates, ensuring timely delivery of services. Draft and review wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and other estate planning documents for clients in corporate, business, and personal contexts. Engage in client consultations and provide ongoing legal advice on corporate governance and related estate planning concerns. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client support

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or law degree in good standing to practice in B.C 3- 5 Years of litigation experience in the area of wills and estates Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively Commitment to client service and ethical practice

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
