Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an immersive and enjoyable experience for our guests as they participate in various games and activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage groups effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all participants have a memorable and fun experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring all rules are followed and participants are engaged. Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming participants, explaining game mechanics, and addressing any questions or concerns. Manage cash handling duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records. Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate instructions and maintain a lively atmosphere during game sessions. Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring gameplay and addressing any issues that arise. Create a positive environment for children and families by demonstrating patience, enthusiasm, and hospitality. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience and improve game offerings.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred. Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle diverse groups of people. Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus. Public speaking experience is highly desirable to engage participants effectively. A background in hospitality will be beneficial in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Experience working with children is advantageous, as many of our games cater to younger audiences.
