JOB OVERVIEW



As an ERP Support Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact to help users in our ERP system Component Control

Quantum

ERP. You'll support users to resolve issues, configure and maintain Quantum ERP modules, train end-users, and develop reports, ensuring data integrity and driving continuous improvement across all business processes, especially shop floor operations.

Responsibilities:Quantum Configuration & user technical Support: Manage day?to?day administration of Quantum modules (Shop Control, Purchase orders, Repair Orders, Inventory Control, Event Manager), including configuration, workflows, and user permissions Training & Documentation: Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and run support sessions for end?users Data Management: Perform data imports/exports, integrity checks, cleanses, and master?data maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance Process Improvement: Analyze system metrics, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to workflows and controls Data Management: Perform data imports/exports, integrity checks, cleanses, and master?data maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance Process Improvement: Analyze system metrics, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to workflows and controls Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards using SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or Tableau to track KPIs and system performance Cross?Functional Collaboration: Partner with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business requirements

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field 2+ years experience supporting MRO or other enterprise ERP systems (ideally Quantum) Proficiency with SQL, reporting tools and MS OFFICE. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills

Preferred qualifications, skills and tools:2+ years' experience supporting MRO or other enterprise ERP systems (ideally Quantum) Hands?on experience supporting an ERP system such as Quantum, SAP, Epicor, Odoo or other ERP solution. Scripting ability in SQL, PowerShell ERP Modules Ex: Shop Control Work orders, Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, Sales orders, Inventory Database & Reporting: Oracle, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau Service Management: ServiceNow or equivalent Service Management
