Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintenance for hardware, software, and network.
Support business-critical applications:
CRM, ERP, and quoting software
.
Administer
Microsoft environments
(Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange).
Provide basic support for
Linux servers
and
macOS laptops
.
Document solutions and create
clear, user-friendly manuals
.
Assist in training sessions for users with limited IT knowledge.
Monitor and support
networks, servers, and virtualization environments
.
Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 or the appropriate team.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft infrastructure
(Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange).
Experience with
CRM, ERP
, and business applications.
Familiarity with
networks, servers, and virtualization
.
Basic knowledge of
Linux and macOS
.
ITIL certification
is an asset.
Soft Skills
Strong customer service attitude, empathy, and patience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to document processes and create user manuals.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
Technical diploma
in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (minimum).
2-3 years of experience
in IT support (Level 1).
