About Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented students to support key departmental business owners in executing an ERP amalgamation and upgrade for our aerospace operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a major transformation project, contributing directly to process optimization, system implementation, and organizational change management.

This is a Calgary, AB based position.

Key Responsibilities

As an ERP Student Support resource, you will work closely with your department leader assigned to:



Assist in the execution of ERP transformation activities within your department Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Help prepare materials and logistics for training sessions Schedule and attend department-specific meetings; take notes and track follow-ups Maintain documentation of outstanding tasks and action items Assist in developing test scripts and participate in scenario testing and validation Support data migration efforts, including data cleansing and verification Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables

Who You Are

A current post-secondary student in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus A collaborative team player eager to learn and contribute
