Rhodium Digital is seeking an ERP Project Manager with strong enterprise delivery experience and deep familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint. This role sits at the centre of our largest transformation projects, guiding clients through structured, well-governed implementations using Rhodium's PLATINUM methodology.
The ideal candidate has both ERP domain expertise and the discipline of a trained project leader. Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or another recognised project management standard is highly valued. A strong understanding of organisational change management is critical, though delivery of OCM is not part of this role.
Role Summary
The ERP Project Manager leads multi-workstream Vantagepoint projects across North America and the United Kingdom. This includes governance, planning, risk management, scope control, stakeholder communication, and coordination of both functional and technical consultants. Success in this role requires a structured approach, maturity in enterprise project delivery, and the ability to translate methodology into action.
You will anchor projects in Rhodium's PLATINUM methodology, ensuring clarity, predictability, and strong alignment across Finance, CRM, HRIS, Project Accounting, Resource Planning, and Operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance and Delivery
Lead full lifecycle Vantagepoint projects through assessment, design, build, data migration, testing, training readiness, and go-live support.
Apply Rhodium's PLATINUM methodology to structure project phases and maintain disciplined, predictable delivery.
Develop and manage project plans, governance artefacts, RACI matrices, risk registers, and change logs.
Drive scope clarity, issue resolution, and escalation management for enterprise-scale clients.
Stakeholder and Client Leadership
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and functional workstreams.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations with confidence at both executive and operational levels.
Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients as they make informed decisions that affect long-term system design and business process alignment.
Organisational Change Management (Identification and Coordination Only)
Identify OCM needs, risks, and readiness gaps from a project perspective, aligned to PLATINUM stages.
Work closely with the client's internal OCM team or an engaged third-party provider to ensure change requirements are understood and addressed.
Provide clarity on system-driven impacts, business process shifts, and training implications so that OCM teams can execute effectively.
Coordinate approaches and ensure change considerations are reflected in timelines, communication planning, and decision-making.
Note: The ERP Project Manager does
not
deliver OCM activities directly. The focus is on insight, guidance, alignment, and coordination.
Execution and Quality Assurance
Coordinate functional and technical consultants, including integration specialists and report developers.
Ensure configuration aligns with requirements and industry standards for professional services delivery.
Oversee testing cycles, UAT planning, defect resolution, and cutover readiness.
Support go-live planning and hypercare transition activities.
Practice Development
Contribute to the enhancement of Rhodium's delivery frameworks and internal playbooks.
Support internal training initiatives related to PLATINUM, consulting excellence, and enterprise project governance.
Mentor junior consultants and assist with internal quality assurance.
QualificationsRequired
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale ERP projects, ideally within A&E, environmental, engineering, or professional services sectors.
Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
Experience identifying OCM requirements and coordinating with OCM teams or third-party providers.
Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and documentation skills.
Preferred
PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
Experience delivering under structured methodologies such as PLATINUM, PowerLaunch, or Prosci-aligned change frameworks.
Familiarity with integrations and adjacent systems (Workato, UKG, Business Central, Power BI, CRM).
Prior consulting experience in professional services environments.
